PVC Rib Panels for the Upper Midwest
Corrugated multilayer panels that fit over existing steel and resist rust in barns and washes.
Product Details
Our multilayer rib panel is a corrugated sheet made from 100% rigid PVC, engineered as a long-lasting alternative to metal roofing and siding. Because it is PVC rather than steel, it will never rust and stands up to humidity, saltpeter, bacteria, and chemical corrosion, which makes it a strong fit for the damp, ammonia-heavy air in livestock buildings and the constant spray of a wash bay. The multilayer construction insulates better than bare metal and holds a steadier indoor temperature without a separate thermal barrier, and it dampens sound as well. It is also designed to fit over pre-existing steel, so in many retrofits you can cover old, corroding metal instead of removing it, saving install time and labor. It is stocked in white, is UV resistant, lead and rubber free, and fully recyclable, and carries a Class B1 fire resistance rating. Two profiles are offered, with thicknesses of 1.5 to 2.5 millimeters, roughly 34 to 36 inches of net coverage, and lengths from about 16 feet up to 39 feet. It is backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty and pairs with matching trims and the correct fastening screw, making it well suited to barns, dairy buildings, warehouses, wash bays, and workshops.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, and that is one of its main advantages. It is designed to fit over pre-existing steel, so in many buildings you can cover old, corroding metal instead of removing it. That saves install time and labor while giving you a fresh, rust-proof surface.
Unlike metal, this PVC product will never rust and resists humidity, saltpeter, and chemical corrosion. Its multilayer build insulates better than bare metal, helps hold a steadier indoor temperature without a separate thermal barrier, and dampens noise, which suits barns and wash bays well.
Yes. The rib panel is backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty. Keep in mind it must be installed with the correct One Stepper screw, since using other fasteners can void that warranty. We stock the matching screw and can go over the details when you order.
