Product Details

Our egg handling system is a reusable set of trays, pallets, and dividers that work together to move table and hatching eggs with as little breakage as possible. It is built around three parts: pallets that form the base of the stack, dividers that separate the rows and create the even spacing automated equipment needs, and trays that hold the eggs. The trays come in three sizes so you can match the tray to the egg, with a standard tray for smaller eggs, a Jumbo 1.0 for mid-size eggs, and a Jumbo 2.0 for large eggs, alongside standard pallets and a reinforced pallet built for racking. Molded from durable plastic, the parts are designed for a long service life, wash and sanitize for reuse, and are fully recyclable at the end of that life. The system works smoothly with the modern egg handling equipment already on the market, whether you run eggs by hand or through automation, and a protector layer caps the load to shield the top eggs. Altogether it gives table egg and hatching egg operations a dependable, sanitary way to protect eggs through storage, stacking, and delivery.

Common Applications

Two gray plastic trays holding multiple rows of white eggs on a red surface.

Table Egg Handling

Trays, pallets, and dividers sized to protect table eggs from breakage as they move from the barn through grading and packing.

Hand holding a bright orange plastic grid panel among stacks of similar orange plastic grid pieces.

Hatching Egg Handling

A gentle, sanitary way to hold and move hatching eggs, keeping them protected and organized on their way to the hatchery.

Stack of multiple plastic trays on a pallet jack in a warehouse setting.

Storage and Transport

Stackable pallets and a protector layer keep eggs secure and organized through cold storage and delivery, fitting more eggs per load.

Trays, Pallets, and Dividers

Standard Tray

Sized for small and medium eggs, with a design that holds eggs securely and locks the stack in place.

Jumbo 1.0 Tray

The mid-size tray, built for medium eggs that run larger than the standard tray holds.

Jumbo 2.0 Tray

The large-egg tray, shaped with deeper pockets so the biggest eggs seat safely without contact.

Standard Pallet

The base pallet that the trays and dividers stack onto for storage and transport.

Reinforced Pallet

A heavier-duty pallet built for use in racking systems where extra load strength is needed.

Traditional Divider

Separates the rows of trays on the pallet and creates the even spacing that lets robotic loaders and de-stackers work.

Traditional Protector

The top layer that caps a stacked load to shield the uppermost eggs during handling and transport.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the system reduce egg breakage?

The trays are shaped to hold eggs securely, the dividers keep rows evenly spaced, and a protector layer caps the top of the stack. Together they cushion and steady the eggs through stacking, storage, and transport, which cuts down on cracks and losses on the way to market.

Does the system work with automated equipment?

Yes. The dividers create the even spacing that robotic loaders and de-stackers rely on, and the system is built to work with the modern egg handling equipment already on the market. It fits operations running eggs by hand as well as those using automation.

Can the trays and pallets be reused?

They are made from durable plastic built for a long service life. The trays and pallets wash and sanitize for repeated reuse, which supports clean handling between loads, and the whole system is fully recyclable at the end of its life. Call or email us for details.

Which tray size do I need?

The trays come in three sizes so you can match the tray to the egg: a standard tray for smaller eggs, a Jumbo 1.0 for mid-size eggs, and a Jumbo 2.0 for large eggs. Reach out and we will help you sort out the right mix for your operation.

Do you supply the full system?

Yes. We supply and deliver the pallets, dividers, trays, and protector as a complete system or as the pieces you need to fill in. We keep the parts in stock and bring them to your operation rather than installing anything.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across Iowa, Illinois, central and southern Minnesota, and southern Wisconsin including the Milwaukee area. We also supply PVC interlocking boards, the multilayer rib panel, and raised animal flooring. View our full service area here.
