PVC Wall and Ceiling Panels for the Upper Midwest
Smooth, easy-to-clean interlocking panels for food plants, wash bays, barns, and shops.
Product Details
Our PVC interlocking boards are rigid wall and ceiling liner panels made from 100% exterior-grade virgin PVC, built wherever you need a smooth finish that is easy to clean and resistant to abuse. The surface is highly moisture resistant and stands up to the corrosive chemicals common in agricultural and wash settings, so it will not rot, rust, peel, or support mold. Each board interlocks along one edge and fastens through a hidden nailing flange along the other, leaving a clean, continuous surface, and the boards can go over existing walls or roof structure without tearing anything out. They are stocked in white in a 3/8-inch thickness and 16-inch and 18-inch widths, in lengths from 8 feet up to 24 feet so runs can be sized to the building with less waste. They carry a Class A smoke and flame rating, meet FDA and CFIA requirements for smooth, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable indoor surfaces, and are backed by a 20-year limited manufacturer warranty. A full line of matching trims finishes corners, seams, and edges, giving you a bright, sanitary surface for food processing, meat packing, wash bays, barns, kennels, garages, and shops.

Suited for These Spaces

Food Processing and Kitchens
Smooth, nonabsorbent panels give food plants and commercial kitchens a bright, sanitary surface that wipes down fast and meets inspection standards.

Car and Truck Washes
The panels shrug off constant moisture and wash chemicals, keeping wash bay walls and ceilings clean without rust, rot, or peeling paint.

Barns and Livestock Housing
A durable, washable liner for barns, kennels, and grow rooms that resists moisture and holds up to routine power washing.

Trims and Accessories
The most versatile trim in the line, it caps the top and bottom of walls and frames windows and doors, and doubled up it forms clean inside corners.
Creates a smooth, coved wall-to-ceiling transition that sheds water and leaves no sharp interior seam, which matters in wash-down and food-safe rooms.
A two-piece corner that handles inside corners, outside corners, and wall-to-ceiling transitions in one detail, replacing two separate trims.
A two-piece ceiling-to-wall crown where the cap snaps over the base to hide fasteners for a finished edge.
Joins two panels end to end so you can run longer wall or ceiling lengths without a visible break.
Makes angled transitions where walls or ceilings meet at 45 degrees.
Finishes outside corners and window openings where panels turn 90 degrees.
Caps the bottom wall-to-floor edge and sits above windows and doors to shed water away from the seam.
A ceiling-specific H-trim that joins board lengths when they run perpendicular to the trusses.
Trims the top and bottom of walls, window and door surrounds, and inside corners where a lower-profile edge is wanted.
